Pickup or home delivery
In-store pickup (standard)
One shipment a month arrives at your shop with every member's box labelled with their name. Members are emailed when it's ready and come in to collect it — the visit is where your pairing sales happen.
Home delivery (on request)
If your customers are spread out, ask for PRC Direct and we ship boxes to members' homes for an all-in delivered price. Your shop stays the club's home and brand.

What does it cost my shop?
Nothing. There is no fee, no inventory to buy and no minimum. Your contribution is your customer list — you bring your customers, we do the rest.
Who keeps the in-store sales?
You do — 100%. Wine Chips takes no commission on anything a member buys when they come in to pick up their box: wine pairings, gifts, anything else.
What does Wine Chips handle?
Billing, the members’ cards, shipping the boxes to your shop, your club web page, the monthly emails, and the curator content from our Master Sommeliers and industry luminaries.
How does pickup work?
Each month one shipment arrives at your shop with every member’s box labelled with their name. Members are emailed when their box is ready, and come in to collect it — usually with time to browse.
Can members get their box delivered instead?
Yes — if you ask for it, we can turn on home delivery (PRC Direct) for your club. Pickup stays the default because it brings members through your door.
Whose brand do members see?
Yours. Your club page, emails and printed materials carry your logo, colours and voice — “Private Reserve Club at {your shop}”, operated by Wine Chips.
What happens after I apply?
A Wine Chips rep reviews your application and reaches out to book a short onboarding call. On the call we approve your brand, confirm pickup details and pick your launch month.
